H&M The Board of Directors of Hennes & Mauritz AB has appointed Daniel Herbert, Head of the H&M Brand, as the new President and CEO of the H&M Group.
He replaces Helena Helmerson, who has resigned as CEO and decided to leave the H&M Group.
Daniel Herbert has worked within the H&M Group for 18 years in various roles within the company. He recently served as the head of H&M, which is the largest brand within the H&M group. Daniel will continue to be responsible for the management of H&M, meaning that no successor will be appointed to lead H&M.

He is a highly regarded leader who has effectively led and steered the H&M Group.”During this period, we have taken clear steps towards our long-term goals. Helena Helmerson has worked for H&M Group for 26 years, including four years as CEO.
