Applications are now open for the second group of the DigitalHealth.London Evidence Generator Bootcamp. It aims to support digital health companies that have introduced or are about to introduce products into the NHS and are working to drive evidence generation.
The process of producing high-quality evidence can be timely and disruptive, but it is important to support product success, as outlined in NHS England and NICE policy.
The Evidence Generator Bootcamp is designed to help you with this, and includes support from experts from the NHS, academia and industry, and includes a range of advisory sessions and workshops, peer networking and to foster research collaboration. Includes honest mediation.
Sarah Nelson, Program Director at DigitalHealth.London, said: Our Evidence Generator Bootcamp is a unique opportunity for innovators to identify and generate evidence to understand the value of digital innovation and reduce barriers to adoption. ”
The DigitalHealth.London Evidence Generator Bootcamp is part of the DigitalHealth.London Business Support for London project, which received £1.39 million from the UK Government through the UK Shared Prosperity Fund. The first Evidence Generator bootcamp launched in September 2022.
Dr Austin El Osta, Director of the Self-Care Academic Research Unit (SCARU) at Imperial College London, said: – From securing funding, we explain how evidence generation is critical to a startup’s success
To achieve market penetration.
“DigitalHealth.London’s Evidence Generator Bootcamp is a valuable opportunity for small businesses and researchers in the digital health and care sector. Without solid evidence, even the most innovative technologies struggle to gain acceptance and scalability. It can be a struggle.”
Applications for this program are currently being accepted and will close at midnight on March 17, 2024. Up to 15 small and medium-sized businesses with products or services that have strong potential to address NHS and social care challenges and who have made evidence generation a priority will be offered entry to the program.
The 101 webinar will be held on March 12th and will allow stakeholders to engage with members of the program implementation team.
