“I have seen far too many digital projects struggle due to cultural misfit or lack of soft skills on delivery teams. It’s going to be an integral part of our proposition: a better customer experience.” It removes potential barriers for people using Deazy’s services. ”
As part of the acquisition, Geektastic co-founder and CEO Rick Brownlow will join as Head of Review and Quality, bringing his experience, know-how and approach to Deazy. One of his main objectives is to incorporate soft measures of his skills and cultural fit into his assessment. He explained:
“Our methodology and proposition are a great fit for Deazy. Companies have an almost insatiable need for talented professionals in software engineering, machine learning AI, and data engineering to fill gaps within their teams. However, some people recognize that working with outside developers is risky. We are eliminating that risk completely and expanding our services.”
