Arc-Tech Multi-Utilities (MU) has completed an extensive works package on behalf of Allanwater Homes in Coatbridge.
Located on Sykeside Street, south-east of the town centre, a complete turnkey package of gas, water and electricity services will support the delivery of 24 affordable homes on behalf of Arranwater Homes. Masu.
With the first phase of two and three bedroom homes successfully handed over to North Lanarkshire Council, Arranwater Homes will deliver the second phase of two bedroom flats as planned.
Formal construction work began in May 2023, with Arc-Tech MU responsible for installing all water, gas and electricity services.
Arc-Tech MU is a member of the CCG (Scotland) Group and this agreement is the first under the CCG parent company umbrella since the company was established in 2020.
