President Putin calls Ukraine an ‘artificial state shaped by Stalin’s will’
Former Fox News host Tucker Carlson released an interview with Russian President Vladimir Putin that began with a lengthy diatribe about Russia’s history and relations with Ukraine.
The two-hour, seven-minute interview was recorded on February 6th and released in full just before 6pm ET on Thursday. Karlsson was in Moscow for Putin’s first interview with Western media since the invasion of Ukraine began in February 2022.
President Putin reiterated his claim that Ukraine is not a real country, formed by the “will” of Soviet leader Joseph Stalin.
