Love Island bombshell Rachel Fini spills the tea about the All Stars interview process, revealing it will be “much longer than two weeks” to get into the South African villa.
The 32-year-old, who recently confirmed she is pregnant with her first child, revealed how she ended up appearing on the ITV fan-favorite show. The reality TV star explained that the operation will not be quick and the former Islanders taking part in the show will have to overcome many hurdles.
Rachel is no stranger to the All-Stars process as she was personally asked to apply by an ITV producer. This luxury hotel group specialist filled out all the paperwork and was ready to start the interview, but when she learned she was pregnant with her first child, she had to back off . She is overjoyed at the news.

Speaking to the Daily Star about the possibility of appearing in the first All Stars series, she said: “Like a lot of people, I was approached to be on All Stars. Just because you’re approached doesn’t mean you’re going to do it.” Definitely in.
“You still have to go through all the interview stages and all the chats. But sure enough, I was told to apply just like everyone else.” Rachel said on her previous show Although it was understood that many people had not received the same push from ITV chiefs.
The surprise bombshell from series seven wasn’t quite sure why she was chosen in the casting process, but wondered if they were keeping her “favorite Islander” around for future shows. She added: “I’m not saying it’s a select few who are being approached because I know a lot of people who weren’t approached or didn’t have the conversation, but they were.” I think so because I know a few people,” he added. Rachel said she had heard whispers that Winter Love Island would be scrapped completely and All Stars would take over from now on. Her mother-to-be muses on the prospect that top talent may be being saved for another series.
She said: “I heard they were going to scrap Winter Love Island and continue All Stars every year. So maybe they’re going to go with the really influential favorite Islanders for the first series. You just reach out to them, and then they’ll probably ask you for the next one because they didn’t think the first one was interesting enough.”
She could have tried a spin-off series, but now she finds her life taking a whole new direction as she prepares to become the mother of an unborn child. Rachel opened up about disappointing the producers and revealed the situation with a laugh.
“I went through the process, completed the application, and then the first round of interviews. As the first round approached, I literally just sent an ultrasound photo and a caption that said, ‘Oops,’ to the producers. And that was it. ‘And me too,’ Rachel explained.

During the interview, Daily Star asked Rachel about her bombshell about Arabella Chi’s quick entry into the villa. It seemed as though she made a hasty decision to appear on the show after she was reported to have been dumped by her soccer player boyfriend Ruban Diaz. The couple were last seen at Manchester Airport earlier this month, with just a few weeks left before the model left for South Africa.
Rachel explained the long process of appearing on the highly anticipated ITV show: “The process for Love Her Island, even if it was her second time around, I would say the application process took her no more than two weeks. Arabella would have been well aware of the choice she made.
“There’s no shortage of Islanders who want to go, also bearing in mind that you’ll need to be flown in to cover up shortly before the show starts.”
