Day 2, Hayden Klein, Deputy Editor AJMCtalks with Dr. Kathryn Meese, assistant professor of health services management at the University of Alabama at Birmingham, for her keynote on managing and optimizing headcount in healthcare, what causes turnover and burnout, and how to stay thriving. A clinician and research assistant at the University of Hawaii Cancer Center, he is the recipient of the 2024 David King Community Clinician Scientist Award.
