If you think of people you’d like to interview for a role, Gordon Ramsay would probably be near the bottom of your list, and it’s no secret why.
He’s not known for his gentle disposition, so I can only imagine what a one-on-one job interview with him would be like.
That’s certainly one way to grow strong skin.
But while he’s known for being thorough in the kitchen, it’s clear that that extends to job interviews as well. kitchen nightmare England He reportedly has a “30-second paycheck” question to find out what a potential chef is “about.”
In this particular episode, the restaurant’s owner, Francesco Mattioli, takes charge of the kitchen after a previous Michelin-starred employee leaves The Walnut Tree Inn. We were looking for a new head chef.
The Welsh pub is looking for a new chef, and Ramsay has been tapped to help with the hiring process.

In the video, he told Mattioli: “When I interview young chefs, it’s always an interesting question: ‘How much salary are you looking for?’ And they can tell you what that is within 30 seconds.”
Ross was the first to take the hot seat. He probably seemed much more enthusiastic about the interview with Gordon Ramsay than the average person.
As he cooks up a storm in the kitchen, the chef asks him what his starting salary is.
Tread lightly Ross…this is Gordon.
However, his answer was not what he was looking for and the TV personality was left perplexed by his response.

When Ramsey responded, it seemed unlikely that Ross would secure the position. Shit, get out of here. ”
Despite the brutality, Ross probably made the right decision, since the pasta dish he crunched up didn’t sit well with either of them.
Ramsay jokingly said: “What I expect from this lady is certainly not worth £30,000 a year, that’s for sure.”
It’s been 10 years since this iconic series ended, and fans are hoping it will return.
However, many were bitterly disappointed, as Ramsay stated: “It’s been an incredible 10 years, filming on two continents, producing 123 episodes, 12 seasons, being watched by tens of millions of people and sold to over 150 countries.
“It’s been a lot of fun, but it’s time to call it a day.
“During this time, I visited over 100 restaurants and met some of the most quirky and wonderful people who tried to help, and in some cases, couldn’t help.”
However, last year it was announced that the show was set to return to screens once again.
