Frank Lampard insists he can't help but switch between joking and being serious during an interview as the Chelsea legend talks about his hilarious 'I hate it but I'm serious' meme.
The 45-year-old has previously been the subject of post-match interviews, with the former Derby, Everton and Chelsea manager often seen laughing but quickly turning grim.
