The 2024 NFL Scouting Combine will be held in Indianapolis this week, and expectations are high for the big event in the Circle City. With about two months left until the NFL Draft, it’s a chance for promising players to make a good impression on NFL teams.
And as for North Carolina State quarterback Drake Maye, he has reportedly made a good impression in previous interviews with the team.
According to Ian Rapoport, Maye has already made a good impression in interviews with teams at the combine. Rapoport posted a tweet that included reports about Marvin Harrison Jr. and Caleb Williams, but also mentioned Maye. Here’s what he wrote in a tweet about the combine so far:

May met with the media on Friday, but has already met with the team. He has played against numerous teams including the Chicago Bears, Washington Commanders, New England Patriots, New Orleans Saints, and Atlanta Falcons.
According to many analysts, Williams is the top QB in this draft, making it a battle between Maye and Daniels. Neither quarterback is scheduled to throw at the combine this weekend, so it’s hard to tell who has the edge at this point.
It’s a long process, but the good news is that May is at least doing well in these interviews.
