Can you tell us what you do for a living?
I am the founder and CEO of Nebula Global Services, a globally managed professional IT services business.
What makes you the right person for your job?
Nebula Strategy is my vision and concept. I brought in a team of absolute rock stars to help us achieve that vision, make it a reality, and enhance it through their own talents. Fundamentally, the vision and what we stand for is very much in line with my personal goals, views and beliefs. I hope that makes me a suitable candidate for the job.
What gets you up in the morning?
I’m a naturally highly motivated and goal-oriented person. I like to set a lot of personal and business goals, and the unwavering desire to achieve them is what motivates me to get up in the morning. I’m also a person who takes my responsibilities to others very seriously, and people who believe in me drive me and motivate me to give 100% every day.
Who helped you get to where you are today?
I am very lucky to be born into such a wonderful family. Throughout my life, I have received a lot of love and encouragement from my father and mother, but at the same time I have always had to work hard to be the best version of myself that I can be and make the most of every opportunity and situation. I have also received a lot of positive pressure to do things. That being said, it has to go to my parents and, in a direct business sense, my father, who has always been my mentor. He’s still my biggest critic, but he’s also my biggest defender.
In addition to this, I have had the opportunity to work with some amazing and talented people throughout my career. There are too many to list, and they know who they are.
What is the best or worst business advice you have received and from whom?
Wow, I’ve received so much advice over the years that it’s hard to choose between two, to be honest. The worst advice is probably to invest in a specific real estate brokerage. I won’t blush myself, but let me tell you – it’s shocking!
I think the most telling advice came from an important advisor and friend of mine, Gary Morley. He said to me when I sold my last business, “Ross, whatever you do, don’t spend any money in front of yourself.” I put it in the bank. This will minimize your bargaining position. ”
Although it was difficult, I listened to Gary and am proud to say that everything worked out in the end.
What advice would you give to someone starting out in the IT industry today?
I would give the same advice to anyone in any industry. There is no substitute for hard work. So, when you are given an opportunity, give it your all and always try to optimize every opportunity through hard work and dedication. your craft.
“I am a very motivated and goal-oriented person. I like to set a lot of personal and business goals, and the unwavering desire to achieve those goals is what motivates me to get up in the morning. I am.”

What will the next five years look like for this channel?
What I love about the IT channel is how entrepreneurial and resilient it is. No matter what is thrown into your channel, you can always roll with the punches and come out on top. Having said that, I have a feeling that this channel will be further tested over the next five years or so, or even sooner, as the global economy remains unstable and the geopolitical situation is perhaps even more volatile. I am. This leads to market uncertainty. However, it also presents opportunities for companies that are agile and innovative.
Can you tell us something that most people don’t know about you?
Throughout my teens and early twenties, as a drummer, I had the opportunity to perform on the same stage as a support act for some pretty well-known bands. Even though we were only a support act, it was an amazing experience that created lasting memories.
Did you learn anything new during the pandemic, like playing the guitar or drawing?
I didn’t learn anything traditional because I was focused on building Nebula Global Services, but I spent most of my time and energy during the pandemic.
I am an incredibly lucky person and will continue to be grateful. I have a wonderful family and his four wonderful children (two of whom are already working in the IT industry) and I managed to find a career at a young age in an industry that I really love and that is very good for me. I was able to. That being said, I am incredibly goal-oriented and my goal right now is to make Nebula the number one globally recognized service organization in this channel.
