
A woman was arrested on suspicion of murder after a stabbing occurred at an apartment complex.
A 66-year-old man, who has not yet been named, was stabbed in a common area of a block of flats in Enfield, north London, on Friday evening.
He died at the scene.
The Metropolitan Police said a door-to-door search and forensic examination of the scene were carried out over the weekend.
A 30-year-old woman has been arrested on suspicion of murder and is currently being held at a north London police station.
Detective Chief Inspector Laura Nelson said: “Although an arrest has been made, it is important that anyone with information about what happened on Friday night comes forward and tells us.”
“Also, if you have a dashboard camera that was seen driving in Lockhart Close, Derby Road, Lincoln Road, or the surrounding areas, please contact us immediately.”
