Netflix users are in shock to learn that Jenna Ortega has officially left the original series.

When the trailer for the show was released, it was revealed that Brooklyn would be killed off, causing shock among fans, but many believed this was a trick and that Brooklyn and Ortega would return.

However, the character will live on, but without Ortega’s voice – instead, the character will be played by Kirsten Kelly. The only other star not reprising the role is Ryan Potter, whose character Kenji will be voiced by Darren Barnett.
Fans were shocked by the revelation, with one person calling it “crazy” and another calling it “shocking.” One person wrote to X/Twitter: “Bro I’m watching Camp Cretaceous Chaos Theory What do you mean, killed Brooklyn? Looks like Jenna Ortega is no longer available for hire.

The reason Ortega did not appear in the series is likely because his growing star status in recent years has led to scheduling conflicts.
