Great things happen when two talented women come together.
So too is the launch of a new skincare range, developed by Victoria Beckham and her long-time facialist and friend Melanie Grant, who have combined their expertise.
Australian skincare expert and esthetician Melanie Grant is well known around the world for providing plump, glowing skin to her clients, including numerous A-list celebrities including Nicole Kidman and Cate Blanchett. She has popular clinics in Sydney, Melbourne and Los Angeles, offering skin-transforming facials using the latest materials and techniques.
Victoria Beckham is a longtime Grant customer and has publicly spoken of her respect for the skin expert’s knowledge and product advice. The two met many years ago while Beckham was traveling in Australia, and Grant was introduced to her by mutual friend Christine Centenera, who is now editor-in-chief of Vogue Australia. The former Spice Girl, now a fashion designer and beauty entrepreneur, went for a facial with Grant, and she says she was immediately impressed.
“What I liked was not just the treatment, but the products you used,” Victoria shared in a video of her conversation with Melanie published on her Instagram page.
“You didn’t have your own product, so you were using someone else’s best-in-class stuff,” she said. “So it was actually you who introduced me to Augustine Bader (with whom Beckham also collaborates on a skincare line) years ago. Best facialist I’ve ever had.”
She called Melanie a “skin guru.” “I remember when you sent me and Harper a package because of the coronavirus!”
Now, the two have teamed up to develop cleansing products for Victoria’s rapidly growing Victoria Beckham Beauty line.

Instead of just one cleanser, two cleansers are now used daily, morning and night, to provide “face-level cleansing.” double cleansing is a popular approach among skin enthusiasts, and the approach here is similar, using an oil-based cleanser to remove dirt, makeup, and debris, followed by a more active gel-based cleanser cleans pores and improves cell turnover.
The Daily Cleansing Protocol includes a Daily Oil Cleanser made with Olive Oil, which contains essential fatty acids and antioxidants to strengthen and protect the skin and break down makeup and impurities, and a Daily Oil Cleanser, which contains Lactic Acid to remove dead skin cells. Contains Lactic Acid Gel Cleanser. For fresher, cleaner, more hydrated skin.
“It starts with making sure your skin is really clean and that you’re not stripping it of all the oils it needs,” says Victoria of an effective routine.
“I’ve been looking for the perfect cleanser for a long time. I need to make sure I’m removing my makeup correctly, but not stripping my skin.”
Celebrity facialists agree.
“I think it’s really important to use a high-quality cleanser that not only respects the integrity of the skin and its barrier, but also strengthens and strengthens the skin,” admitted Grant.
