As a beauty editor with dry skin, you might think that my main skin care problem is flakes or dry patches. Don’t get me wrong, they are painful, but what really bothers me is that my dry skin often looks dull and lackluster. I’ve found the best moisturizer that gives me instant glow. Victoria Beckham Cell Rejuvenating Priming Moisturizer. (In a golden hue – that’s what matters.)
Of course, I still love to use the Isle of Paradise Self Tanning Drops from time to time, but for easy, everyday glowing skin, this works just fine.

With the success of the brand’s makeup collection, you’d be forgiven for forgetting about skincare – and to be honest, I kind of forgot. Yes, the Posh Cream Blush Stick is really as amazing as it sounds and the Matte Bronze Brick gives the skin the most amazing color, but I would argue that this moisturizer is the best Victoria Beckham Beauty product.
I usually prefer luxurious, thick creams at this time of year, but Beckham’s lightweight moisturizer is actually nourishing enough to soothe crusty areas, prevent flaking, and leave your skin feeling velvety soft. Leaves your skin feeling like a center of silky smoothness.
The cream comes in two versions: original, which is unpigmented, and golden, which has, you guessed it, golden pigment. It’s this shade that honestly transformed my winter skin both in look and feel.
The first time I tried this tinted cream was when it was first launched in 2020. I remember liking it at the time, but for some reason I got caught up in a long line of other products that needed testing, and I guess it was after I tried it the first time. , set aside. However, I got another bottle earlier this year, so while I can’t say the love has been rekindled, I certainly feel terrible that I didn’t pay enough attention during our first meeting.

This incredibly glowing moisturizer, packaged in the chicest glass tortoiseshell tube, gives my skin a much-needed warm glow. This is by no means a tanning product. Nothing packs as much punch as a fake tan on your face. This is healthy, brightening and always with a subtle hint of bronze. It looks quite iridescent on the back of my hand (it’s a pearlescent pigment that reflects light), but it disappears when I apply it to my face, but it never looked glittery to me. On weekends and work-from-home days, I apply this (and apply facial sunscreen on top) and nothing else. Because it gives just the right amount of color. But it also works beautifully under makeup when you’re at the office or going out in the evening. I rely on this a lot during winters when it is almost impossible for my skin to look glowing.
Now, let’s learn more about this moisturizer’s formulation. I would like to agree with Victoria Beckham here. She is not a skin care expert nor does she claim to be one. So I think the fact that she collaborated with well-known and respected skin experts when it comes to her skin care products speaks volumes. For her as the brand founder. This moisturizing and cell rejuvenating power serum was created in collaboration with Professor Augustine Bader, a scientist famous for his rich creams. His products are known for containing patented skin-healing TFC8® technology, which stems from Bader’s own burn research. This moisturizer also contains the same technology. I’ve been using this cream for almost 8 weeks now and my skin feels happier and naturally looks much less dull.

Let’s talk about price right away. It’s expensive – 30ml is £90, 50ml is £140. It’s not cheap, but I wouldn’t recommend anything in this price range unless you really believe in it. Do you think everyone needs this product? Absolutely not. If you’re willing to spend that money on skin care, do you think you’ll love it as much as I do? That’s right.

Victoria Beckham Daily Cleansing Protocol
Skincare is set to become a new focus for the brand with the launch last week of Daily Cleansing Protocol, which features two cleansers co-developed with acclaimed esthetician Melanie Grant. (Side note: My sample has arrived in my cosmetics shelf, but thanks to office renovations I still can’t get my hands on it.)
