The Turkish Cultural Heritage Foundation held an official meeting with representatives and experts from the ministries of foreign affairs and culture of the foundation’s member states on the development of the “Turkish Cultural Heritage Convention,” the report said.
For the first time in the history of the foundation’s activities, a two-day conference was held at the headquarters of the Turkish Cultural Heritage Foundation with representatives from the ministries of foreign affairs and culture of the founding countries, as well as experts from Turkish countries. Within the framework of the conference, a session was held with the participation of a group of experts, in which proposals on the preparation of the “Convention on Turkic Cultural Heritage” were submitted, and the tasks set by the Heads of State of the Turkic States for the Turkic Cooperating Agency and its outline were presented. At the opening of the meeting, Foundation President Akhti Laimkulova welcomed the participants and explained the agenda of the meeting.
