Tammy Hembrow has announced a surprising new career move.

The fitness influencer revealed on Instagram on Tuesday that she is now a published author.

Tammy said the book was available for pre-order, along with a photo of herself holding up a book titled “Show Up.”

“This has always been a dream of mine and it feels incredibly surreal. This book is about my personal journey, the highs of the highest and the lowest of the lows,” she wrote.

“I sprinkle in things I learned along the way as well as tools and insights you can use. I hope this book helps you in some way,” added the founder of the Tammy Fit app.

Fans congratulated her in the comments, with one writing: “Yay, good luck baby,” while another wrote: “This is amazing, congrats Tammy.”

Tammy’s fitness app account agreed, writing: “Our biggest inspiration,” as well as fiancé Matt Zukowski’s “amazing baby.”

However, one commenter wasn’t too keen on the move, suggesting that Tammy may have hired a ghostwriter.

“I bet you wrote every word, Tammy?” they wrote, starting a thread of comments where Tammy’s fans rushed to her defense.

“You’re too old to be a mean girl. Not a good look,” one replied, while another said, “She has a lot of touching things to say, even if she didn’t write it herself.” There should be!” one person wrote.

Meanwhile, Tammy has sparked concerns that she may be rushing down the aisle with her new fiancé Matthew.

The influencer and Love Island Australia star got engaged just a few weeks ago and are already planning their wedding.

Earlier this month, Tammy shared a video on Instagram asking her sisters to be bridesmaids at her upcoming wedding.

“I asked my sisters to be my bridesmaids. It’s a very special day and I’m so lucky to have four amazing sissies,” she wrote.

Tammy has been engaged twice. Her first time, she was with fellow influencer Reece Hawkins.

In November 2021, the fitness guru got engaged restaurateur and former Ironman Matt Poole; The two broke up in December 2022.
