The shocking moment a woman disappeared into the vehicle inspection pit of a garage.
The unnamed woman can be seen walking around a London garage while her red Nissan Micra is being inspected.
Everything seems normal until she notices that the vehicle inspection pit is open.
The woman steps into an open gap and then lunges straight ahead, attempting to scramble to stay on the ground.
Garage workers could be seen flinching as the woman fell before moving to help her.
“She was there to fix the car,” said Shakib, the owner of the MOT centre, who declined to give his last name.
“She wanted a word with one of my colleagues.
“The fall happened so suddenly that she was not fully aware of what had happened, even though the ground had clearly engulfed her.
“She knew all the staff members well and just wanted to chat. I don’t think she even realized what had happened because it all happened so coincidentally. ”
Saqib said everyone involved took a humorous view of what happened and that the woman only suffered minor bruises.
He added: “She was injured but only had a few minor bruises.” That was just funny. We all laughed about it. ”
