Visitors can get hands-on experience with the latest 5G devices, wearable gadgets, metaverse solutions and more at the open-air bazaar on Nanjing East Road downtown.
The four-day event, organized by the Shanghai Information Services Association and Bailiansha, is part of a month-long information consumption festival that will run until mid-June as Shanghai aims to build a cutting-edge digital industry cluster.

Exhibition visitors are using mixed reality photography technology.
Smart device and home appliance manufacturers, including local mixed reality solution provider Cohesion Metaverse, online insurance platform ZhongAn and 3D gadget provider Air Aurora, will showcase their products and virtual solutions.
Meizu’s Myvu smart wearable device has attracted attention with features such as voice recognition, automatic translation, and multi-function navigation.
Visitors were also drawn to a display unit of digital art and CG animation unveiled by Shanghai-based start-up Biu Heart Studio.
Dozens of digital service providers and e-commerce businesses are displaying products at the bazaar, ranging from high-tech equipment to imported goods from the Belt and Road region.
