Hello, Sylvan Township neighbors.
Our Planning Commission (PC), Board of Directors, and their consultants are currently revising the Master Plan. This document will guide development decisions in our community for at least the next five years.
Here’s how you can help:
1. By the next Planning Commission meeting (February 22, 2024 at 7:00 p.m.), please take 3 minutes to answer 3 important questions regarding the Master Plan Review. Please use this link:

2. Attend upcoming PC and Board meetings to be aware of decisions made regarding the community and share your comments directly. The next PC meeting will be held at his township hall on February 22nd or 24th at 7pm. A calendar of all upcoming meetings can be found here:
