Sports Boulevard Foundation (SBF) has teamed up with BKOOL, a leading sports technology innovator, in a new long-term strategic partnership to develop a cycling experience aimed at increasing fitness rates in Riyadh.
Saudi Arabia, Riyadh:/endurance Sportswire/ – Sports Boulevard Foundation (SBF) has teamed up with BKOOL, a leading sports technology innovator, in a new long-term strategic partnership to develop a cycling experience aimed at increasing fitness rates in Riyadh.
Founded by Sports Boulevard Foundation, RIYDE uses BKOOL’s cutting-edge technology to bring cycling to Riyadh residents, allowing them to ride virtual routes and compete against each other in immersive cycling booths. It also features world-class hardware provided by our implementation partner, Wolfi’s, the region’s leading bicycle chain.
With a total length of 220 km of cycle paths being built as part of the Sports Boulevard, RIYDE is designed to promote the culture of cycling and sports in the capital, where the construction of the Sports Boulevard is underway.
The RIYDE Experience allows participants to drive a 5.24km virtual route, giving friends, family and colleagues the opportunity to socialize, exercise and compete while enjoying a new sport in indoor, air-conditioned booths .

Sports Boulevard was launched on March 19, 2019 by Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz, and supported by Crown Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz. It is one of the huge projects in Riyadh that was started in response to the project. The project connects Wadi Hanifa in the west and Wadi Al Sulai in the east through a grid of safe green passageways for pedestrians, cyclists, athletes and horse riders. It stretches over 135km of Prince Abdulaziz Road. The project includes over 4.4 million square meters of green and open space and up to 50 multidisciplinary sports facilities.
