Sofia Richie Grainge is sharing all her pregnancy essentials now that she’s seven months pregnant. That includes home lasers that cost nearly $2,700.
Richie, 25, announced in January that she and husband Elliott Grainge are expecting a baby girl this summer.
She announced her pregnancy when she was six months old and gave an in-depth interview to Vogue magazine about how she learned the news shortly after attending Milan Fashion Week last fall.
In this new clip posted this week, Richie peels back the layers of her ever-growing list of pregnancy essentials, and with the help of her fellow TikTok influencer moms, explains she’s been figuring it all out along the way. explained.

“I thought it might be interesting for some people out there to hear my takeaways,” she began the video, which has already racked up more than 3 million views. There is.
The first item Richie talked about was a $29 stretch mark cream from the brand Bumpology.
“I’m really scared of getting stretch marks. I know they can happen, but I do everything I can to prevent them,” Ritchie admitted.
“So when my doctor first found out I was pregnant, he said, ‘I have this shea butter that people love, and I’m hooked. , I went through the bathtub about six times,” the influencer continued.
She raved about how “it smells delicious,” and says she applies the cream all over her body from her chest to her buttocks.
“Right now, knock on wood, I don’t have a single stretch mark,” she revealed.
After applying the cream, Ritchie said she lathers up her skin with Hatch brand berry oil (retail price: $64).
“It’s great because I don’t feel uncomfortable wearing clothes over it. This is my second one,” said model David Youman.
Next on her list were some supplements she’s been taking since finding out she was pregnant.
She explained that because she struggles to sleep, she takes magnesium glycinate capsules purchased from the cult-favorite Los Angeles grocery store Erewhon.
Ritchie said she saw the “biggest improvement” in her sleep when she started taking the $22 supplement.
The mother-to-be also revealed to viewers which prenatal vitamins she takes. It’s made by New Chapter and retails for $21.
“I took it for about six months when I was working hard before I knew I was pregnant,” she explained.
Another pregnancy sleep hack she suggested was applying magnesium cream to your feet along with your socks before bed.
Richie is a fan of the $22 Ancient Minerals Magnesium Lotion, which he showed off in the video.
“When we were trying to get pregnant, we went to see an acupuncturist in London. His name was Ross J. Barr and he gave us this gentle patch,” she told viewers for $19. He said this while showing the package.
“I put it behind my ear and on my temple and it really calms me down,” she said, explaining that she uses it when she sleeps and on planes.
And of course, what would a pregnant woman do without a pregnancy pillow?
Richie showed viewers the pale mauve one she uses and admitted her husband got one too.
“We joke, ‘Ugh, my back hurts,’ and he’s like, ‘Ugh, my back hurts,’ so it’s like we’re pregnant together,” she teased. .
She also shared some different products she enjoys, like the $24 Summer Fridays Lip Butter Balm, which she says is “addicted.”
“The last two things I’m going to show you, I literally can’t live without them,” Richie continued.
“This is Tatcha blotting paper,” she says, showing off the $14 product. “Since finding out I’m pregnant, my skin has become oily, so I travel with this to clean my skin.”
Last but not least, her Lyma laser was definitely the most expensive product, retailing for about $2,700, but Ritchie insists it’s worth it.
“I can’t say enough about this,” she raved about the handheld laser.
“I use it every night before I go to bed, and it has changed my skin,” Richie promised, explaining that the results were visible after only a week of using it.
She admitted that she knows it’s really expensive, but wanted to give an “honest review” of something that was helpful.
“It’s very legal,” she admitted.
Lima laser accelerates aging from both the outside and inside of the skin.
To use, simply keep the laser on each area of your skin for at least three minutes.
In the video, Richie slid it along the sides of her chin and cheeks.
The brand says the laser “reaches deep into the basal layer of the dermis, where the light energy triggers a genetic switch within the skin cells, instructing them to recharge, regenerate, and repair rather than die.” ” he promises.
This product also helps the outer layer of the skin, which is often damaged by free radicals.
According to the brand’s website, the light helps existing cells “produce more proteins to fight free radicals.”
In the comments section of her video, some people joked that even if they weren’t pregnant, they would be interested in seeing her product endorsements.
One person wrote: “Not pregnant but this is all it’s going to be anyway.”
Another agreed: “I’m not pregnant but I’ll write everything down!”
“Am I pregnant? No. Did you watch the whole video? Yes,” someone else typed.
