Best Player
It was a fantastic show and I applaud SoccerAid for UNICEF.
There were many stars on display, but one star shone brighter than all of them.
Danny Dyer!
Just kidding. He was great.
Stephen Bartlett was England’s hero tonight, scoring two goals in the dying seconds to complete a hat-trick.
He looked really good and was an incredible player.
Tom Grennan and Stuart Broad were also absolutely fantastic and deserve special mentions.

Finish: England 6-3 World XI
I’m finally home!
The umpire blew the final whistle and England had beaten a World XI for the first time in six years.
England 6-3 World XI
86. Stephen Bartlett comes close to a hat-trick!
The CEO’s Diary presenter looked set to score a third goal at Stamford Bridge but was brilliantly denied by goalkeeper Tony Bellew, who has quietly been in good form since replacing Petr Cech.
Goals! England 6-3 World XI
Theo Walcott scores a fantastic goal!
He told SunSport he was “coming back” and it certainly looks like that now!
The ball was passed over the top to Walcott who confidently smashed the ball over Tony Bellew’s head and into the back of the net!
Theo is still going strong!
