Frustrated shoppers are outraged after Primark employees revealed major changes to the beauty section.

Last year, it was revealed that Primark would stop selling its popular cotton pads.
Back in October, Primark employees revealed the news that they would no longer sell disposable cosmetic cotton pads in their stores.
Shoppers were left absolutely devastated after the 120-pack PS…Cotton Makeup Pads, which cost just 50p, were to be pulled from shelves.
But now Primark employees at the Huddersfield branch have revealed what you can find instead.
The retail employee posted on social media to show off the chain’s new selection of reusable pads.
She explained: “One of the questions I got recently at Primark was, ‘Where are the cotton pads?'”
“And to answer your question, we discontinued them.
“Primark has chosen a greener path and introduced reusable cleansing pads.
“Contains 10 pieces. [£2]pack of 5 [£2.50].

The TikTok clip, posted by the username @primarkhudds, has racked up 408,200 views in just one day, so it clearly left a lot of people speechless.
However, social media users were not happy about Primark discontinuing the cotton pads, and many received comments expressing this.
One person said, “Well, I’m officially heartbroken now.”
Another added: It was very cheap. ”
A third commented: “I’m tired of seeing good things taken away from me.”
Meanwhile, another beauty fan admitted: “I’m crying right now.”
But that’s not all, many shoppers have claimed they will no longer visit the chain as a result of Primark’s new beauty shake-up.
One user wrote: No more excuses to go to Primark. ”
A second voice chimed in: “Primark’s loss, Boots and Superdrug’s gain.”
Another person wrote: “In a stupid move, I’m going to go after Shane and Aldi now. Primark.”
Meanwhile, another shopper shared: “Okay, let’s all go to Superdrug.”
Since making major changes to its beauty section, Primark has made a statement regarding reusable pads.
The website says, “Goodbye disposables, hello reusables!”
“Our reusable cleansing pads are now in stores and will become your new favorite skin care tool.
“I’ve discovered how useful disposable cotton pads can be in your skincare routine. Just take one out of the bag, remove your makeup, toss it in the trash, and you’re done.”
“However, as part of our Primark Care initiative, we want to go even further to reduce waste across our company. work And we encourage our customers to do the same. ”
