The sophisticated London restaurant has become the ninth Michelin three-star restaurant to achieve the prestigious accolade.
A Notting Hill restaurant has been awarded top honors at this year’s British and Irish Michelin Guide ceremony held at Manchester’s Midland Hotel.
Brett Graham’s restaurant was the only new restaurant to receive three stars as part of the 2024 guide.
The Ledbelly’s eight-course tasting menu, created by head chef Tom Spensley, costs £210 per person, with an additional £135 for wine pairing with each course.
The most expensive wine in the industry costs £41 for a 175ml glass and guests will be charged a £75 corkage fee per bottle.

The Ledbury closed indefinitely in June 2020 after Graham announced that 1 meter social distancing was unrealistic to keep staff and customers safe. appears to have closed permanently during the pandemic.
During the closure, the restaurant lost the two Michelin stars it had earned in 2010, but regained both stars by March 2023 after reopening in February 2022.
The tasting menu includes the following dishes Veal with sweetbread Parsnip, Vin Jaune, Jus Noisette, Woburn Abbey Chinese Water Deer Crissquash, rose hips, sea buckthorn.
The guide said inspectors found the food to be “everything you would expect from a restaurant with the highest gastronomic honors.”
It read: “Super produce has always been the cornerstone of what we do here, including home-grown mushrooms and deer from our own small property.
The kitchen team, led by Brett Graham, demonstrates technical mastery throughout the dishes, using ingredients of unparalleled quality to deliver sublime flavour.
“Each sip develops considerable depth of flavor, and the consistently harmonious combinations demonstrate originality.”
“From sophisticated combinations to exemplary depth of flavor, Red Berry has it all.”
Overall it was a successful evening for the London restaurant. Three eateries in the capital have been awarded two stars, including Trivet in Bermondsey and Brooklands, chef Claude Bossi’s latest venture, located above the new Peninsula Hotel in Knightsbridge.
Gymkhana in Mayfair has become the first Indian restaurant in London to be awarded two Michelin stars.
There are also 11 new one-star restaurants in the capital, and Birmingham has its first two-star restaurant.
Michelin Guide International Director Gwendal Pouleneck said: “We are delighted that 20 new restaurants have been awarded Bib Gourmand status in the 2024 Michelin Guide Great Britain and Ireland.”
