- Footage shows four men fighting on a subway station platform
This is the shocking moment a huge brawl broke out on the London Underground.
Ugly scenes of four men throwing punches and kicks at each other were recorded by a subway passenger on Saturday night as the train stopped at the station.
Cellphone footage shows a white man on the train being dragged to the platform floor by three other white men.
The three men then begin throwing a number of kicks and punches at the man, before the man begins to throw himself while lying on the ground.
The scuffle continued until Transport for London (TfL) staff separated the pair, before the man stood up and returned to the train.
They can be heard shouting vile insults at each other and members of the public are shouting for them to stop.
MailOnline has asked British Transport Police (BTP) to confirm when and where the scuffle took place.
BTP said it was aware of the incident and an investigation was ongoing.
The force said in a statement: “Anyone who was involved in this incident or who witnessed it occur should contact reference number 279 of 28/01/24 by texting 61016 or calling 0800 40 50 40. We urge you to contact us with this quote.”
This video went viral after it was posted on social media today. One person commented: “I don’t miss the basement one bit.”
Another said: “They asked me to come to London. They said it would be fun.”
Others made light of the situation, with one writing: “What the heck is this WrestleMania?”, while another added: “Just an average day in London.”
A fifth person simply said: “Seems like the best advice these days is to avoid all public transport.”
