This program is aimed at up-and-coming creators from within the region and beyond and offers: emerging artists We have state-of-the-art professional equipment, production budgets, and access to a wide range of interdisciplinary learning opportunities, including tutoring from internationally renowned digital artists.
The program is part of a broader partnership between the ministry and the Diriyah Company, which will launch Diriyah Art Futures as the region’s first dedicated center for new media arts. DAF aims to foster creativity across a variety of visual arts disciplines through education, empowerment, and creating an environment that fosters artistic imagination. Located in the historic district of Diriyah, the center will foster Saudi Arabia’s thriving arts scene and reaffirm the place’s status as a global cultural destination.
Designed in collaboration with France’s Le Fresnoy – Studio National des Arts Contemporains, DAF’s Emerging New Media Artists program is a one-year program supporting creative production training.

DAF’s Emerging New Media Artist Education Program is now accepting applications. Applicants must be under the age of 35, at post-graduate or post-graduate stage, and have experience in developing and creating digital and new media art.
