The lights dimmed for the last time at Trib3 Southampton, a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) gym that was once full of energy and determination. The studio opened on January 15, 2022, and was known for its bright lighting and vigorous training, but was closed due to financial difficulties and a dispute with its landlord.
A vibrant oasis disappears
Located on Cumberland Place, Trib3 Southampton has quickly become a haven for those seeking a challenging and exhilarating fitness experience. Distinctive neon lighting and passionate coaches foster an environment that pushes members to their limits, inspiring them to reach new heights on their fitness journey.
The gym’s unique approach to HIIT workouts caters to a wide range of fitness levels, making it an inclusive and welcoming space for everyone. Members can choose from a variety of classes designed to provide a full-body workout and maximize results in minimal time.
