It might not mesh with the more understated aesthetic, but Razer’s new Fortnite collaboration actually looks pretty fun: The series includes the DeathAdder V3 Pro mouse, BlackWidow V4 X keyboard, Kraken V3 X headset, and Goliathus Extended Chroma painted in vibrant blue and peppered with graffiti-style emblems in the game’s iconic yellow.
The desk mat is a bit over the top, and the mouse is a bit dizzying. I’m going to stick with the boring adult black version, but I’m not going to hide my headset from prying eyes. The most subdued of the design options, each cup is a deep blue, with a pale yellow stripe running down the side of the headband and a neat outline of a llama in the middle of the oval where Sneki would normally be. I don’t usually like collabs, especially when they’re printed with expensive technology. Razer hasn’t chosen the most premium kit for this collection, but the mouse and keyboard are priced at $169.99 / £149.99 and $169.99 / £139.99 respectively. It’s all about the design, though, and it comes with some in-game bonus items too.

Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro Fortnite Edition
This is my least favorite design, but it’s the only device with wireless connectivity. The Razer DeathAdder V3 Pro is decked out in a more rugged blue paint job, steel-style main clicks, and yellow llama iconography scattered across the body. It’s a bit too much for such a small device, but the pointer itself is pretty impressive if you’re after a lightweight, FPS-first gaming mouse with a 30K sensor and 90 hours of battery life.
In-game bonuses: Cliffhanger Pickaxe

Razer BlackWidow V4 X Fortnite Edition
The BlackWidow V4 X gaming keyboard is less intricate than the mouse and is a slightly darker shade of blue. It’s emblazoned with Fortnite iconography, from the Battle Bus stamp in the top right corner to the yellow splatter around the arrow keys. It’s a fun piece of kit, and the branding remains vibrant without the cluttered look of the mouse. The V4X is a cheaper version of the best Razer keyboard, the BlackWidow V4 Pro, with six dedicated macro keys, sound-isolating design, and dedicated media controls.

Razer Kraken V3 X Fortnite Edition
I’m a big fan of this Razer Kraken V3 X Fortnite Edition gaming headset. The blue around the cups is much darker than other models, and it’s a clean, simple approach that hints at the tie-in with the game with just a couple of branding elements. Of course, this alone will be enough to catch the eye of fans, but even those who aren’t Fortnite fans will appreciate the flashy color scheme. Again, this is a cheaper version of one of Razer’s best headsets, the Razer Kraken V3 Pro, but it still weighs in at a respectable 285g and features Razer’s TriForce 40mm drivers and 7.1 surround sound. However, this is USB connected, so it’s best suited as a PC headset.

Razer Goliathus Enhanced Chroma Fortnite Edition
If you want to complete your collection, you’ll want the Goliathus Extended Chroma mat. It’s the least expensive item, but it’s fully decorated with the same design as the other mats. The Battle Bus stamp runs the entire width of the mousepad from the power connector (for the RGB lighting around the edges). The rest is the classic blue and yellow. Its lighting is incredibly vibrant and more powerful than the Corsair MM700 mat I use daily; however, its actual footprint is thinner than the Corsair’s.
