A trained fitness class instructor and professional poker player have opened a healthy eating options spot and fitness studio under one roof.
Rachel Hargreaves and her partner Andrew Taylor, from Accrington, go to the gym regularly but find they struggle to find something to eat after a workout, especially something healthy. Ta. The health-conscious couple opened ALL IN on Accrington’s King Street this month to address a gap in the market. The concept of this business is that people can enjoy freshly prepared healthy meals, protein shakes, or smoothies under the same roof after a workout.
ALL IN features a restaurant with a healthy menu and a juice bar that seats up to 12 people. The menu includes protein shakes, fruit smoothies, salad boxes, kebabs, and steak burgers.
Upstairs is a fitness studio equipped with kettles, dumbbells, weights, battle ropes, Olympic bars, boxing bags and yoga mats. They will be holding a variety of classes including Zumba, yoga, meditation, bum and tum, and fitness classes for kids.

Rachel, a trained fitness class instructor, says: “I studied nutrition, but Andrew is interested in fitness and goes to the gym all the time. It also helps with mental health and has helped me a lot, so we have a passion for it. Masu.
“The response has been amazing and we’re overwhelmed by people’s support. They’ve told us they’ve been looking for something like this for a long time.
“They said they had to drive out of town to get healthy food or they would end up eating unhealthy. , I always try to eat a healthy diet and understand what that looks like.
“We want to help people live healthier lifestyles and build community. We hope to expand or open another branch in the future.”
The pair plan to develop the business into a family-friendly business by introducing options that appeal to children, such as parent-child exercise classes for ages 5 and up and smoothies for kids.
Rachel plans to eventually take the lead in children’s fitness, and in the future she plans to rent out the venue for events such as birthday parties and baby showers, as well as hosting weekly poker tournaments. He said he hopes to be able to use it.
