African specialist underwriting agency Neema Insurance Management Agency will officially open its London office on February 12, 2024, marking a significant milestone in the company’s journey.
Neema is a multi-class MGA that has been operational since October 1, 2020. The company explained that the establishment of the London office is in line with its plans for global expansion.
Commenting on the strategic location of the office in the heart of the City of London, Neema principal officer Sharon Ng said: London is a (re)insurance center with the largest concentration of insurance and reinsurance companies in the world, including Lloyds Syndicates, P&I Clubs, insurance/reinsurance brokers, non-life and life insurance companies.
