Plans for pedestrian-friendly improvements to the A34 from Salford to Cooper Street are to be unveiled to the public. The road consists of Bridge Street, John Dalton Street and Princes Street in the city centre.
Vital links on the city center motorway network connect major destinations such as City Hall, Albert Square, Manchester Court and Salford Central Station.
