Lucy Kennedy shared how she keeps herself as healthy as possible.
The “Living with Lucy” host said she is not a “naturally slim” person and works hard to maintain her figure.
Appearing on RSVP Live, she revealed her regime to stay healthy and slim down for filming.

“I’m not a naturally slim person,” she said. “I am what I eat.
“Before I started doing things like ‘Living With Lucy,’ I would cut out carbs, take walks, and cut out wine. I love wine, but wine is a killer. So I cut out wine, cut out carbs, walked, Start, because otherwise your clothes won’t fit.
“I’m a foodie at heart. I just eat and overeat and never know when I’m done eating. I’m a bit of a greedy person and always end up ordering too much.
“I’m not a naturally slim person, but I’m conscious of my efforts. I’m 47 years old, and as I get older, I think more and more about my health. I’m not a 22-year-old who can have a shot of tequila at night.”
In addition to making healthier choices in the kitchen, Lucy loves taking time for herself by attending a yoga class once a week.
“Every Monday night, I’m not allowed to speak for an hour,” she laughed. “That’s literally the only time I don’t talk.
“My yoga teacher had to say to me, ‘I’m telling you, no talking.'”
Lucy recently revealed to RSVP Live that her hit show Lucy Investigates will be returning to our screens soon.
“I’m starting filming ‘Lucy’s Investigation’ next month,” she said. “I don’t know who I’m investigating. ‘Lucy Investigates’ is the first one and I’m going to move on to ‘Living With Lucy’ in the summer. I need to make a hit list of celebrities who play hard to get, so I’ll have it ready by summer. ”
