Katy Perry’s appearance at Vogue World: Paris was a very smart move, as she lit up the Place Vendôme runway!
The “Firework” singer, 39, strutted through the Paris square in an archive Noir Kay Ninomiya dress with geometric shapes and tulle floral embellishments at the skirt. The barely there dress showed plenty of Perry’s skin as she roamed the square, entertaining VIP guests.

Perry wowed everyone in attendance (and presumably everyone attending the Cara Delevingne-hosted live-stream from home) with her dark hair slicked back from her face. She wore rose-colored lipstick and matching eyeshadow. She completed her look with lace-up boots.

Perry’s walk was in the 1980s, paying homage to martial arts. This year’s event focused on the connection between fashion and sports, so the show was divided into decades, starting with the 1920s. Each decade showcased a different sport and put the spotlight on French designers and fashion houses.
The show featured contemporary and historic French designers and fashion houses that traditionally show their collections in Paris, as well as more than 500 athletes, performers, surprise guests and models.

This year’s event will be the third in the Vogue World series, following the magazine’s first show at New York Fashion Week in 2022. Last year’s Vogue World: London was trendEditor-in-chief of the magazine Anna Wintour described it as “a glamorous evening at the theater.”
The starry night featured a thrilling super reunion with Cindy Crawford, Christy Turlington, Linda Evangelista and Naomi Campbell.
