Katy Perry showed off her killer curves while promoting her new single, “Woman’s World,” on Thursday.
In a photo posted to Instagram, the 39-year-old Roar singer wore a form-fitting black leather halter-top jumpsuit with a zipper down the torso and green and white racing stripes running down each side.
The American Idol judge had her zipper down, exposing her cleavage.
Fresh from winning a legal battle over her Montecito home, Katie is seen holding the amber sunglasses in one photo and wearing them in the other.
“Start your engines, woman’s world is coming. Pre-save until July 11th,” she captioned the post.
Katy also shared a short video of herself with Saweetie backstage, in which she bursts into her dressing room to surprise her.
The rapper later commented on Katy’s post, “This is awesome!!!! I’m seated!!!! I’ve got the keys!!!! The engine’s started!!”
Other commenters were quick to slam her for collaborating with Dr. Luke, with one person writing, “If Dr. Luke drives the car it’s only going to backfire.”
“Stop working with Dr. Pook,” another quipped.
Katy’s collaboration with music industry pro Dr. Luke on her next album has generated considerable controversy amid Kesha’s past sexual assault allegations against the producer.

The 39-year-old singer is collaborating with Dr. Luke (real name Lukas Gottwald), Max Martin, Sarah Hudson and Stargate on her sixth album, Rolling Stone magazine reported Wednesday.
A Capitol Records source told the outlet about the collective talent the former American Idol judge has assembled for her first release since 2020’s Smile, saying Perry “knows exactly what album she wants to make and has assembled a team to help make it happen.”
Perry and Dr. Luke, 50, have previously collaborated on hit singles such as 2008’s “I Kissed a Girl,” 2010’s “California Gurls” and 2013’s “Roar.”
Online reactions were directed at both Perry and Dr. Luke, who last year settled a defamation lawsuit filed by Kesha, 37, after she alleged in a 2014 lawsuit that he sexually and physically abused her.
Kesha, whose full name is Kesha Rose Sebert, tweeted “lol” in response to the news that Perry and Dr. Luke are collaborating.
Several followers speculated about the meaning of Kesha’s “lol” tweet on Monday, with one guessing “she’s laughing at Katy and her new song” and another asking, “Is this a sarcastic remark towards Katy?”
Others pointed more strongly to Perry’s professional decision to work with Dr. Luke.
“It will never be a ‘woman’s world’ with people like Katy Perry continuing to support and encourage industry abusers like Dr. Luke,” one user said.
Another user added: “I’m really surprised at how many Katy Perry fans are defending her over the Dr Luke thing…and by the way, I don’t mind holding my favorite artist accountable.”
One user said Perry’s actions were calculated as she “waited until the court proceedings were over before calling him again.”
“I don’t listen,” one user said, while another said, “Some people make music with sincerity, and some people only care about being number one.”
In the aftermath of the allegations and lengthy legal battle with Kesha, artist Doja Cat declared in December 2021 that she would no longer collaborate with Kesha.
“I don’t think I’ll ever need to work with him again,” Doja Cat told Rolling Stone. “I don’t think I’ll ever need to work with him again. I know that.”
