Jennifer Aniston has a physique that many would envy and is admirably disciplined when it comes to regular workout sessions.
the morning show The star gave fans an incredible glimpse of her fitness regime in a new post on social media, proving she’s just like the rest of us when it comes to her days off.
In the footage below, Jennifer can be seen working out on a Pvolve mat at her home in Los Angeles, with a beautiful view of her backyard.
Pvolve focuses on low-impact toning workouts designed to sculpt your body, and Jennifer has been working with her for a year now.
In the footage, she was working with head trainer Dani Coleman. In the unedited video, Jennifer can be seen collapsing on a training mat as she writes, “Oh my god…you know those days you don’t want to do it?! You have to do it.”
In the caption next to the video, the Friends actress highlighted this, writing, “If you’re having a Monday like that, I feel you. Just do it!!” .
Jennifer credits Pvolve with saying she’s in better shape now than she was in her 20s, and works closely with her personal trainer Dani.
Dani was also very happy about Jennifer’s participation, and in June, she shared a BTS video of Jennifer doing various workouts at home.
She wrote: “We couldn’t be more excited to welcome the amazing @jenniferaniston to the @pvolve team! It was incredible to witness your journey in this unique way. The world I can’t wait for it to be released in 2018.” I hope you all check it out! Cheers to the next chapter and to taking it forward!”
Jennifer had a busy weekend attending the 30th Annual SAG Awards in Los Angeles on Saturday night.

She accessorized with diamond earrings and reprized her iconic “Rachel” haircut. Jennifer took to the stage with Bradley Cooper to present Barbra Streisand with the SAG Lifetime Achievement Award.
Jennifer spoke about her admiration for the iconic actress and her memories of listening to her music at home as a child.
“Barbra’s music was always playing in my house from a young age,” she explained. “And I remember very clearly the first time I heard that voice.”
She described the moment as a tear-jerker, saying: “That voice! This emotion ran through my body and brought tears to my eyes. And from that moment on, I fell in love with Barbra.”
