Jadakiss has seen a huge improvement in his health recently, but he swears he’s on a whole other level when it comes to fitness.
On Tuesday (March 5), the legendary LOX rapper gave a glimpse of how he trains at the gym in a post to his Instagram Story. And to say we worked hard was an understatement.
“My frequency is different,” Kiss captioned the video while moving a pair of battle ropes at ferocious speeds.

But Jadakiss isn’t the only athlete in the family, and his eldest son recently showed off his admirable strength while training at the gym.
In a TikTok video posted last month, Jaewon hit various pull-up bars and effortlessly moved his body without breaking a sweat.
“Oh, that was good!” and “Money!” These compliments were among the many compliments shouted by the person behind the camera while filming the exercise.

Jadakiss and his son are in business together, recently launching their own coffee brand together called Kiss Café.
“This coffee is for all coffee lovers,” the 48-year-old veteran said in a press release at the 2022 launch. “It doesn’t matter what your age, background or knowledge is. Coffee is both universal and personal. Everyone enjoys it in different ways. And we’re here to help them achieve that. I’m here.”

Jadakiss’ own father has been in the coffee industry since 1977 and currently serves as president and CEO of Caturra Corp., a boutique company specializing in international green coffee. According to Bob Phillips, watching his son break into the industry is one of his proudest accomplishments.
“There is no greater honor than taking what you have learned in this life and inspiring a family to join you and take that pursuit to the next level,” he said.
