Cali Muscle recently shared a video on her Instagram account criticizing bottled water in stores. Fitness influencers picked up the bottle and commented that many people chose this because of the low price. Muslce said reading the label on the bottle revealed it contained nearly 55 mg of sodium.
According to him, after drinking water, water started collecting and his ankles and feet became swollen. It wasn’t until later that he realized it was because of the sodium. “Why does water contain sodium?” he asked. He said the water was supposed to be sodium-free and added sodium separately. “So be careful with alcohol.” he warned his fans. Additionally, he warned people to be aware and check what they are drinking.

Many people continued to troll Cali Muscle’s latest post. They left comments such as: “5mg of salt is no big deal…it’s an electrolyte, and it’s naturally occurring! You should be worried about a plastic bottle, not five mugs of sodium.” and “LOL, you can’t be serious. No one should take these videos seriously.”
