Love Island star Casey O’Gorman has undergone an incredible fitness transformation ahead of her shock arrival in the villa.
The 2023 Winter Islanders participated in an intensive five-week program prior to competing in the All-Stars Series.
Fans will remember Casey, 27, from last year’s winter edition of the series as the Islander who broke Claudia Fogerty’s heart, but he’s back for more romance.
But before returning to her South African villa, Casey got into the best possible shape with the help of Geordie Shore star and fitness coach James Tindall. And the results were very impressive.
James shared stunning before and after photos showing how Casey has hunched over in recent weeks, showing off his muscular arms and chiseled abs.
He also appeared tanned for the ‘after’ snap, looking glowing and golden.
Along with transformation photos, James gave insight into how Casey achieved the amazing results.
he said: “Casey contacted me just before Christmas to say he saw me doing client transformations and wanted to get in great shape, and let me tell you, he put a lot of work into it! This is a classic example of a program running perfectly.
“Casey was very consistent in meeting all of her daily goals, including calories, protein goals, workouts, and step counts.
And that’s what he enjoys doing, so running 10km or so is a pretty good idea. ”
He added: “Have fun out there, Casey. You deserve it!”
After Wednesday’s dumping, Maya announced that two brand new bombshells would be entering the villa: Joanna Simonides, who came to the fore in series five’s Casa Amor, and former talent consultant Casey, who appeared in series nine. .
As we enter the villa, Casey says in voiceover: “I’m best known for being in some triangles and causing quite a lot of drama.”
After they entered the villa, host Maya asked if any of the islanders had noticed the bombshell, and Georgia Harrison revealed that she had met Casey several times before.
She later said: “Me and Casey had a very, very good relationship outside of the villa.
“I felt like he robbed me a little bit and I was heartbroken about that, frankly. So I don’t know how to feel.”
The first-ever all-star series brought former Islanders back to the villa in hopes of finding love again.
Love Island airs every night from 9pm on ITV2 and ITVX
