© Amira Essoff“My approach is to get my skin super clean. I always double cleanse, actually triple cleanse. I use micellar water first, then an oil-based cleanser, and finally a gel-based cleanser. I use retinol three times a week and exfoliate with acid twice a week. ”

“My favorite trick is adding a pop of color to the inner corner of the eye, which really compliments me. My favorite eyeshadow palettes are Pat McGrath’s Celestial Divinity and Huda Beauty palettes.”
“It depends on what I want to be the center of attention. If my outfit is of the moment, I’ll go for a nude lip with brown liner. But if my outfit is very simple or neutral, I’ll go for a nude lip with brown liner. If it’s a bold lip, either dark, bright matte, or glossy vinyl red. ”

What are the most common makeup mistakes you see and how can you avoid them?
“If you use too much product, you don’t need as much as you think. Your makeup will become cakey and ruined in a few hours. Use a small amount of product, blend it first, and go from there. It’s always better.”
Do you have any beauty hacks or time-saving tips you can share on busy mornings?
“If you can’t do full makeup, hide blemishes and blemishes, brighten your under-eyes, use a colored brow gel to create quick, well-defined brows, a sweep of blush, mascara, a plumping lip gloss, and let it melt. Let’s use a setting spray.” This literally takes 5 minutes and I did it over and over again. ”

“In the colder months, I need extra glow and hydration, so I go for heavier foundations and creamier products. In the warmer months, I focus on lighter skin tones, powder blush, and lots of bright eyeshadow.” Masu.”

“I’m really excited to see the resurgence of creative makeup this year as the ‘clean girl’ aesthetic has taken over. I really missed self-expression through makeup and I think the beauty world will make a huge comeback! ”
