Imagination, the world leader in experience design, has announced the appointment of Laura Marotta as its new People & Culture partner for the UK. This represents a significant senior appointment to the Global People & Culture team, reinforcing Imagination’s commitment to delivering a dynamic and inclusive workplace culture and driving innovation and growth where our people continue to thrive. .
In line with Imagination’s people and culture strategy, Marotta will assume overall responsibility for all things talent, including head of talent acquisition function in the UK. Mr. Marotta reports to Chief Human Resources Officer Philomena Gray and works with UK Managing Director Richard Hanna to create a workplace where employees feel happy, valued and empowered every day. We will work closely with the senior leadership team to ensure the environment.
Marotta brings a wealth of experience, having previously served as Head of People and Culture at Location Collective. Her career has been defined by her role as a strategic partner, with a particular focus on attracting, developing and managing talent. Marotta will represent the interests of Imagination’s UK team and play a pivotal role in our work to attract, retain, develop and grow the UK.
Marotta will provide valuable expertise to support the executive team during the initial rollout of Imagination’s GrowForward program. She will help the team establish and execute clear communication channels and talent development plans to keep human resources management a seamless process.
