A woman who is often mistaken for being in her 20s has revealed that people are shocked when she reveals her real age.
Hailing from Melbourne, Australia, Nikki Ellis has the athletic figure and long golden hair that most of us aspire to, so you’d be forgiven for thinking she’s in her 20s or 30s. Sho.
However, the fitness coach is actually decades older than that, nearly 60 years old.
The mother-of-two told Australian news outlet news.com.au:
“Most people think I’m in my early 30s. I used to be 29.
“I’m getting ready to celebrate my 58th birthday this year,” the personal trainer told news.com.au.

Nikki, who runs a fitness studio in her hometown, has always had a keen interest in working out and believes it has helped her maintain her great figure.
During her childhood, Nikki’s father was an athlete and her mother battled chronic illness. This made her realize the importance of taking care of her body.
Nicki’s favorite form of exercise is weightlifting and strength building, and she usually wakes up before sunrise to teach training and spin classes.
This personal trainer typically goes to the gym four to five days a week and walks her dog every afternoon, which has helped her reach 10,000. step one day the goal.
The fitness professional doesn’t adhere to a strict diet, but she does try to make sure all her meals are healthy.

She said, “My workouts are muscle-based, which means I prioritize weight training over other forms of exercise.”
“I avoid sitting for long periods of time. period Be on time and stick to the classic rule of thumb: 10,000 steps a day. Sometimes things don’t work out, but that’s the goal.
“I eat lots of fruits and vegetables and aim to get 100g of protein every day. I like to eat whole grains and healthy fats.
“My goal is to eat in a way that allows me to stay healthy for as long as possible without feeling restricted in any way. I want to feel energized, full, and enjoy eating.”
Nicki shared her top tips for staying young.
She always drinks lots of water and doesn’t drink alcohol, which she believes helps her maintain a youthful appearance.
She also applies sunscreen every day and wears a large hat to protect herself from the sun’s UV rays.
Nikki said she understands that older women can find it difficult to gain confidence and get back into fitness.

“If you can, find a place where you feel comfortable,” she said.

“So go to a few gyms, take a tour, ask questions and see how you feel.
