But there was one recently released for Mother’s Day that really caught my eye and I couldn’t wait to find out more about it. Boots’ limited edition We Appreciate You Beauty Box costs just £45 and is available now on the Boots website.
And for me, not only does it contain some great products, but it’s also affordable and great value for money. The Boots We Appreciate You Beauty Box costs just £45 but the contents are worth over £250. That means you’ve already saved over £200 on content purchases.
According to Boots, it’s a “luxury feast to celebrate expectant mothers, stepmothers, grandmothers, guardians and friends.” We carry 18 premium skin care, hair care, body care and makeup products, including 8 full-size products from top brands. The size is sufficient even for small sample products.
Top brands include Liz Earle, Rituals, No7, Sol De Janeiro and more. The products include Emma Hardy Moringa Cleansing Balm, which sells for around £45 for the full size elsewhere, the same price as the whole box. Liz Earle Superskin Microdermabrasion Polish normally costs £32 for the full size in the box. perfection!
While there’s a lot of attention on skin care, there are some really great makeup products out there. What’s even better is that it’s also a universally flattering shade. No7 HydraLuminous Lip Balm (usually £9.95) is a nude shade and No7 Stay Perfect Ultra Mascara (usually £14.95) is a brown shade. Laura Mercier’s Translucent Pure He also loves the setting spray. Regular price is £36. It’s been on my to-buy list for a while because it keeps my makeup on for hours.
Hair care products are also available, including the popular Bumble & Bumble Bond Building Repair Styling Cream and the ARKIVE shampoo and conditioner duo. This one really ticks all the boxes.
My favorite among them is the aforementioned Emma Hardie Moringa Cleansing Balm. I’ve been wanting to try this ever since I heard it was one of Princess of Wales, Kate Middleton’s favorite products. It’s a cult beauty favorite.
I’ve been obsessed with Sol de Janeiro Bumbun Cream lately, so I was happy to find a mini Sol de Janeiro Beija Flor Elastoy Cream in my beauty box. It claims to leave skin “visibly plump, deeply hydrated, and velvety soft” which is coveted this time of year. Plus, it smells divine!
And now I understand why Rabanne’s Lady Million Eau de Parfum has received so many rave reviews. The floral scent includes notes of amber, bitter orange, and jasmine. It’s simply lovely – and this mini is perfect to throw in your handbag to keep you topped up throughout the day.
I love the We Appreciate You Beauty Box. There are a variety of products inside, and there’s something for every mom. We feature some popular premium brands in-store, giving you or your mom a chance to dabble in some products you might not have wanted to treat yourself to before trying them out.
