One woman confessed that she loves everything about her body and is so grateful for it every day.
With over 90,000 Instagram followers, Emma Apell, aka “Live Well with Apell,” is known for sharing fitness advice online. In her recent post, she revealed that she is tired of living up to other people’s expectations.
Now she embraces her body and knows she is “worthy of love.” She said that no matter what her body looks like, it’s “very good for you” and we should remember this every day.

Emma said your body allows you to eat, move, train, get stronger and celebrate movement. You will also be able to do simple things like hug your loved ones, get some fresh air, and make lots of memories.
We all go through a phase where we criticize our bodies often, but when you think about it, it’s pretty incredible. It affects us so much every day that you might want to think about it when you’re having a bad body image day.
It took Emma some time, but she was able to appreciate all the amazing parts of her ever-evolving body.
Emma wrote on Instagram: “At the end of the day, our bodies are made for life, not for beauty standards. Remember this.” Stated.
“Humans have eyes to see the world, stomachs to process food and protect themselves, noses to smell their favorite perfume, arms to grasp and hug, and the ability to run, walk, and dance. How beautiful is that?
“Be kind to yourself and be grateful.”
After she shared the post, several people liked it and her followers were quick to comment. They told her they “love” the content she creates and that she is so inspirational.
Someone said, “The most beautiful human soul.” A second person said: “I love it, I love it, I love it.”
A third wrote: “Love this.” Meanwhile, a fourth commented: “What a great transformation.”
The fitness star admits that she loves working out because it allows her to celebrate everything her body can do. That said, this doesn’t mean she’s going to put pressure on herself to look a certain way because she feels happy with herself.
Back in 2020, Emma was much smaller, but said she is much healthier now. She claimed that being happy with herself had nothing to do with how her body looked, as her efforts to achieve a six-pack brought her little joy.
Emma wants people to know that their bodies deserve to be loved and that it doesn’t matter if they don’t have a flat stomach. In fact, it’s quite normal to arrange some form around the area.
