Martin Gerrard’s agency has acquired independent London property company Range Homes.
Range Homes is based in the north London suburb of Palmers Green and is known locally for its rental valuation and management, rent guarantee packages and property management. These will be integrated into the rental services Martin Gerrard already offers across north and north-west London.
Chanel Ali, founder of Range Homes, will work alongside Martin Gerrard’s team.
The acquisition will create the recently opened Martin Gerrard office in Winchmore Hill.
