
Global collaboration creates a variety of new bottles

Independent bottler The Heart Cut works with whiskey distilleries around the world to release a range of one-off single cask bottlings.
Launched by The Heart Cut founder Georgie Bell, this new series aims to offer a fresh look at the independent bottling scene through a range of partners from small and innovative distilleries around the world. I am.
According to The Heart Cut, the series will be released regularly throughout the year, and each cask will be selected in collaboration with partner distilleries and will be a personal introduction to the people, provenance and quest to create unique flavours. It is said to be telling a story.
#01 Stauning Distillery has an RRP of £68.50 and is bottled at 52%. A heather-smoked single malt made at Stauning Distillery in Denmark and finished in Madeira barrels.
#02 East London Liquor Co. contains rye whiskey aged in Hackney Brewery Chocolate Stout casks, delivering flavors of chocolate brownie, black cherry and cocoa-dusted almonds. RRP is £62.50 and alcohol content is 49.9%.
#03 Cairo Distillery is a 100% malt rye whiskey from Cairo Distillery, Finland, aged in New American Oak casks. This beer has an RRP of £58.50 and is bottled at 52% ABV.
#04 M&H Distillery is a single malt from M&H Distillery in Tel Aviv, fully aged in pomegranate wine barrels. RRP is £58 and is bottled at 57% alcohol.
#05 FEW Spirits includes another rye whiskey, but this time from Chicago. Tasting notes are listed as dried peach, lemon meringue and brown butter, with an RRP of £57 and an alcohol content of 50%.
Finally #06 Cotswold Distillery comes even closer with a single malt from the Costwold Distillery in England. Aged in new American oak barrels, the final bottle of the series will be the highest priced in the series at £89.50 at 54.3% alcohol.
