Grimston’s cricketers will be looking to get fit for the new season with the addition of the club’s coaching staff.
Grimston Cricket Club is proud to announce that Jamie Hornigold, founder of Norfolk Coast Health and Fitness, has joined to support the club.
The club is excited to welcome Jamie to continue to build on the strong foundations already in place and improve the fitness and performance of our players.
Club chairman Tim Tilbrook is excited about the new additions, saying:

Jamie Hornigold expressed his excitement about joining the club, saying: “I’m delighted to be part of Grimston Cricket Club and contribute to its continued success.
“We look forward to working closely with our players to improve their strength, conditioning and overall fitness levels, helping them reach new heights in their cricketing careers.”
Strengthening and conditioning sessions will take place on Thursday evenings (6.30pm to 7.30pm) from April onwards.
Youth training (5-6 p.m.) and senior net (6-8 p.m.) will be held on Wednesdays, and women’s training will be held on Monday nights from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m.
