The KastKing V10LS line spooler is designed to position the filler spool axis perpendicular to the rod for spooling casting reels. This orientation allows you to unroll the line from the filler spool and wind it directly onto the spool of your casting reel without twisting the fishing line during the process. Our unique line boss tension band system allows you to quickly adjust the line tension applied during the spooling process to securely secure the line on the spool.
With a spinning reel, the axis of the filler spool is placed parallel to the rod, allowing the fishing line to unwind from the filler spool and wrap around the spool of the spinning reel. This prevents the line from twisting as it is spooled onto the spinning reel. Use the adjustable line boss tension band to apply the ideal pressure to ensure the line is placed correctly on your fishing reel and not too loose.
