fitness coach Dane Miller He has faced many challenges throughout his career. This includes testing his strength in a variety of ways, and he recently added cardiovascular endurance to the mix.

This was a challenge that required physical strength, endurance, and longevity. Before taking on the challenge, Miller talked about how she started running and transformed into the fitness star she is today.
“I used to be over 300 pounds. I would be a little husky bull. I was a shot putter in college, but I transitioned from a power-based sport to an endurance-based sport. , one of the great things about still being strong is my mental strength and how comfortable I had to be with being uncomfortable and setting great goals.”
Miller started by loading a barbell with 500 pounds and placing it at the start of the track. He maintained his nine-minute pace for the mile and focused on conquering a deadlift before going into the next set of laps.
You can see Dane Miller starting to get tired over the course of this challenge, as the later deadlifts weren’t as easy as the first.
“My hamstrings are killing me and they hurt a lot. There’s no fluid in my legs right now.”
Miller started feeling dizzy after his fourth deadlift, but was able to recover and complete the task at hand. He successfully achieved his goal of going from a strength athlete to an endurance athlete. He also mentioned how running with his wife enhanced this process.
While there are many short-term goals accomplished through her YouTube page, Miller also has long-term goals of running marathons in various locations.
“It helped me learn more about myself and how to push. Now I have kind of a wild goal of wanting to run marathons on every continent.”
