Our bodies change every day.
No, it actually fluctuates for a variety of reasons. And one influencer proved it. Lizzie Haigh, 22, from London, is known as ‘Liz Bites Back’ to her 340,000 Instagram fans.
Although she currently works as a gym specialist, she admitted that it took her a long time to learn that weight loss is not necessarily the key to fitness success. She is currently focused on living a balanced lifestyle and staying healthy while getting the most out of her life.

She took photos of her body every other week to show how her body fluctuates. In one of her photos, she looks a little plump due to swelling, which she said is completely “normal.”
That doesn’t mean stopping progress or taking a step back. Sometimes change is caused by things outside of our control.
She also said that you can change your body as much as you want, but if you don’t accept yourself, you won’t actually be happy. This is an important lesson for people to learn.
“It’s not about before and after. I wrote this to remind you that your body changes, especially around the moon,” Lizzy wrote on Instagram.
“Your body will retain more water, which can make you feel bloated, swollen, and like you’re not making any progress.
“But it’s a temporary fluctuation, so don’t let it affect how you treat your body.”
Since she shared the post, more than 1,600 people have liked it, and her followers were quick to comment. People said her message was “so important” and thanked her for opening up so honestly about her body image.
One said: “You’re right! Others need to see the reality of influencers. So many people edit these fluctuations out of their content. It gives people a very false sense of reality. ” he said.
Another wrote: “Love this true story. Either way you look amazing.” A third said: “I love this quote. I go through this every day. I always try to remind myself that I’ll be okay and that all the hard work I’ve put in won’t be in vain.” No!” I answered.
Meanwhile, a fourth person commented: “That’s right! I should have noticed sooner!”
A few years ago, Lizzie was at her thinnest. She did not eat enough and as a result suffered from her hair loss and many misfortunes.
At the time, Lizzy admitted she was “limiting” herself, but now she’s focused on nourishing her body. She looks and feels like a completely different person because her mindset has changed.
Since gaining weight, Lizzie has not only become more confident, but she also seems much happier. She smiles more, her glow increases and she looks much more comfortable in her skin.
After focusing on what it actually means to be happy and healthy, Lizzie was able to adopt a more balanced approach to life. It also led to her looking quite amazing.
